EVERY DINNER IS DIFFERENT
A spectacular private estate. One of San Miguel’s exceptional chefs. A beautiful table. An extraordinary meal.
But the food is only part of the experience.
We might switch tables between courses. Tell stories.
Build an entire evening around art, travel, music, food, culture, ideas or a common passion. No boring dinner conversation allowed.
Some nights are for 10 people. Others might bring together 18 or 24.
Every room is different. Every experience is designed for the people in it.
You won’t know where you’re going. You won’t know who’s coming. But you’ll want to be in the room.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
San Miguel is a small town. We get it.
We never publish who’s attending. We don’t photograph our guests.
You can tell us privately if there’s anyone you don’t want in the room.
You never have to tell us why.
Have dietary restrictions? Tell us. We’ll work with our chefs whenever possible.
