Creating a safe, respectful community is one of our highest priorities.
Love in San Miguel exists to bring people together through thoughtfully curated experiences. While we make every effort to create a welcoming environment, every participant is responsible for their own decisions, interactions, and personal safety.

Our Commitment
We are committed to creating experiences where people feel respected, included, and safe.
We do not tolerate harassment, intimidation, unwanted physical contact, discrimination, threats, or abusive behavior. Anyone who violates these standards may be removed from an event or from the Love in San Miguel community at our sole discretion.
Personal Responsibility
Participation in Love in San Miguel events is voluntary. Every participant is responsible for exercising good judgment and making decisions that are right for them.
We encourage members to:

• Meet in public places.

• Trust their instincts.

• Respect personal boundaries and consent.

• Report behavior that violates our community standards.

 

Community Concerns
If you have a safety concern related to a Love in San Miguel event, please let us know.
We review concerns carefully and may take action when appropriate. However, Love in San Miguel does not investigate or mediate private disputes between members, determine the accuracy of conflicting accounts, or act as an arbitrator in personal or legal matters.
Privacy
To protect the privacy of our members, we do not disclose who is attending events or discuss one member with another.

Liability
Love in San Miguel provides opportunities for people to meet through community events and curated experiences. We cannot guarantee the conduct, representations, intentions, or actions of any participant.
Participants are responsible for their own choices and interactions, both during and after events.
As a condition of attending any Love in San Miguel event, participants will be required to accept our Event Terms and Liability Waiver. By participating, attendees agree to release and hold harmless Love in San Miguel, its founders, team members, volunteers, hosts, and partners from claims arising out of participation in our events, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Love in San Miguel reserves the right to refuse or revoke participation at any time, with or without notice, when we believe doing so is in the best interest of the community.
